Cautions and Contraindications

We highly recommend starting with our Discovery Set or individual samples and testing them for allergic reactions on a small area of your body, such as on your wrist or the inner bend of your elbow. If you experience any discomfort, use isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol to remove as much of the fragrance as possible and then wash the area thoroughly with soap and water.

Common fragrance allergens recognized by the FDA are included on our product pages and on our product boxes when their concentration is at .001% or higher of the final fragrance. If you have sensitivities to any of these potential allergens, please do not use our fragrances.

We also note when a fragrance contains tree nut oils so that you can avoid purchasing and using such perfumes if you have a tree nut allergy.

We do not recommend the use of our fragrances for anyone who is pregnant or nursing, under the age of 10, or who has a major medical condition such as heart disease, diabetes, stroke, high blood pressure, etc. without first consulting a medical professional for advice.

Final Sale

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason. This includes the purchase of our physical products, digital products, gift cards, online and in-person courses or training, and bespoke services.

We recommend reading all of our product and service descriptions, policies, and Frequently Asked Questions carefully before purchasing. When in doubt, start with The Discovery Set or individual samples before committing to a larger bottle of fragrance.

Insured, Free Shipping

All individual purchases of physical products with an order value of at least $50 will be covered by InsureShield package insurance coverage, paid by On The Nose Perfumes. If you run into any issues with your shipment (damage/breakage, mis-shipment, or package theft), you will need to contact us promptly at hello@onthenoseperfumes.com with any required documentation so that we can file a claim with InsureShield.

Free ground shipping is available for purchases of $50 or more in the Continental United States only. We currently ship only within the United States due to the additional administrative burden of international shipping regulations. If that change in the future, we’ll update the website to reflect any additional, available countries.
