Shipping Policy
During normal business operations, we ship orders within 48 hours of order receipt, Monday through Friday. If the fulfillment of your order will be delayed, we will contact you with the status and approximate shipment date.
Packages typically arrive within 7 to 10 days of shipment, assuming normal routes and delivery schedules. You will be provided the tracking information for your shipment so that you can track its progress and approximate delivery date.
All shipments within the Continental United States for purchases of $50 or more after discounts and before taxes receive free ground shipping by the carrier of our choice. Expedited shipments are available at a higher cost to be paid by the customer.
Because perfume is considered a dangerous good, we are required to ship to certain locations by air only in the United States. Due to this limitation, we are not able to provide free shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. If you are shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, contact us at hello@onthenoseperfumes.com and we will assist you through the process.
All shipments of purchases of $50 or more (after discounts and before taxes) are insured through InsureShield, with the insurance cost paid by On The Nose Perfumes.
If your order arrives damaged or if it is misdirected or stolen, contact us with any necessary information and documentation so that we can file a claim for the loss.
Please note that we only ship within the United States at this time. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to order our products, you will need to place an order through a consolidator, aggregator, or expeditor based in the United States and arrange for shipment to its final destination. If you opt to do this, you will take on all responsibility for the shipping costs, customs clearance, fees, and taxes, liability for the package’s safe arrival, etc. On The Nose Perfumes LLC will not bear any liability for this ordering and shipping option.
