Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and services, we are unable to accept return, refund, or exchange requests. This includes fine and home fragrance products, bespoke services, digital products, gift cards, and courses.
Because of our no-refund policy, we highly recommend reading the product descriptions and allergen information carefully and starting with a discovery set or individual samples. It’s always a good idea to make sure that a new fragrance works with your body chemistry before purchasing a larger bottle.
If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a major medical condition such as cancer, stroke, heart disease, high or low blood pressure, etc., please consult a medical professional before using our fragrance products. We do not recommend the use of our fragrances by children under age 10.
Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Delivery Issues
All orders with a purchase price of $50 or more are insured at our cost through InsureShield. If your order is damaged, misdirected, or stolen, please contact us with any required supporting documentation so that we can file a claim.
