Meander to Mandalay opens in shadow and warmth, where Dalzielii and Black Sacra frankincense establish a resinous, contemplative tone. Deep orange adds glow rather than brightness, threaded with ginger, black pepper, and coriander.
A floral bouquet begins to surface. Jasmine and mimosa bring softness, while orange blossom and osmanthus add warmth and texture. White rose provides a steadying counterpoint. The florals feel diffused, as if suspended in incense smoke rather than presented outright.
The base settles into Brazilian vetiver, Burmese oud, and sandalwood, enriched with cocoa, patchouli, Peru balsam, labdanum, and orris. Together, the woods and incense evoke the quiet enclosure of a Burmese temple, grounding the fragrance.
